Open Question: Does the "Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses" Understand what the "Rank and File" feels..?

When THEY are being "Called on the carpet" for sins that will mean a "Judicial hearing"? When the Rank and File members of Jehovah's Witnesses are caught breaking the law, be it man's, or God's laws, they are brought before the Judicial Committee to be disciplined. Since their being accused by the Australian Government, for failure to comply with "Child Protective" measures in their country, criminal charges have been filed against the entire "Governing Body" of Jehovah's Witnesses, for allowing allowing the molestation, and rapes of small children under their legal care in Australia, while the GB held it's denial to sign the "Higher Authorities" orders to protect the children. Now that the Governing Body is being called into a "Judicial Committee of Worldwide Proportions", they have simply refused to show up...failed to "man-up" as they expect their rank and file members to do for them. The Lawsuit also named the "Faithful and Discreet Slave" of Jehovah's Witnesses in Brooklyn New York, to appear in Australia, but they also did not show up, because the WTBTS now says; "They do not exist as actual persons" because it is a "Theocratic arrangement only"... Where are these "anointed" of God positioned in this issue? Why does their appear to be a different standard of culpability for one group, and another for others? I thought Christians war to become as "One" as Jesus and His Father are "One"? Is this Hypocritical, or what? I was spiritually molested for 40 years as a jehovah's witness, that's why I care, and I have 6 little grandchildren who I don't want molested by your sect's failure to protect them. Jeshurun...I cannot buy that...we were told for 40 years that the FDS was anointed Christians, and the GB was where we received our " spiritual food". This is a legal maneuver sir, and it is not a pretty one. Jesus didn't lie, why should the WTBTS? Where are your Governing Body members then? Or are they also "not-persons"?
